This coffee is a medium roasted red honey ,which is another approach to roasting this coffee slightly longer to enhance the inherent sweet and nutty notes. This is a unique nanolot where the producer Pranoy decided to only use peaberry grade of coffee which offers a big body and adds to the complexity of the coffee. This profile of the anoxic red honey process is suitable for Espresso, mokapot, and aeropress.
