We usually ship the next business day from the date of your order. You will get a tracking link on the e-mail address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
For Delhi-NCR, the order is delivered the next day from the day it is dispatched. For other cities it usually takes 3-5 days.
However, feel free to let us know if you need the order on priority basis. In those cases we will use WeFast for same day delivery (extra fee) in Delhi-NCR and FedEx Air for other cities bringing down the transit time to 2 days.
We prefer FedEx for all orders. However, some pin codes are not served by them. In that case, we either choose Delhivery or Xpressbees.
We also use services like WeFast and Dunzo to deliver orders in Delhi-NCR.
All our products are imported from Germany.
We are well aware of the fact that the freshness of Nespresso® capsules plays a huge role in the aroma and taste.
We import Nespresso® Capsules in the same month as manufactured, so you can expect the best before date to be 9-12 months with exceptions being limited edition flavours.

Any product which is available in Germany is feasible for us to import provided it's not restricted for imports in India.
Authenticty & Warranty
Each Nespresso machine has a serial number on it. You can use that serial number to register your machine on Nespresso's website.
Almost all grey market sellers hesitate to let you register your machine online or might have the serial number scratched for whatever reason. On the other hand, we encourage our customers to register the machine so that they can avail warranty and online customer support from Nespresso in case of any issues.
We provide no questions asked replacement if the machine is dead on arrival.
Unfortunately, Nespresso doesn't have any service centres in India for repairs if the machine goes faulty in some years/months. However, Nespresso machines are robust enough to last 7-10 years provided you descale them timely. We do help people procure faulty parts replacements (paid) from Germany in case they break anything but if it's a technical issue then we try our best to troubleshoot it over the call with the customer but if it can't be solved then the machine has to be carried over to a Nespresso store by the customer during their travel.
You could consider Caramelly as a medium to procure Nespresso machines from Germany and we would always want your machine to be up and running as our business model is just based on capsules.

There are some people who are good at negotiating and there are some who are not like our founder Shivam 😛 So the prices are already kept the best we could and there is no possibility of even negotiating a single penny. We hope you acknowledge this approach.
