We usually ship your order on the next business day. However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement, regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link at the email address provided while placing the order.
Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping charge of ₹99 on every order. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹6,000.
- 24-Hour Delivery is available across Delhi-NCR at ₹99. Free for orders above ₹999. These orders are delivered the next day during business hours and may occasionally exceed the 24-hour window.
Delivery Timeline
Packages are usually delivered within 2–5 business days. Please note that Sundays and declared holidays are not considered working days, as our shipping partners do not operate on these days.
Shipments are not dispatched on Sundays or declared holidays. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
24-Hour Delivery — Delhi-NCR
24-hour delivery is not applicable to products from Saeco, Pedrini, and Gaggia, as these brands are stocked at our MH warehouse.
