Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@caramelly.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The item received is not what was ordered

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Electrical Appliances
  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items not in their original condition

Process for Returns

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and the return address
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method after deduction of Platform & Payment Gateway charges.
  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing or packing. Once the order is in fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible. Platform & Payment Gateway charges are applicable.
