Do I get warranty in India?
We cover dead on arrival scenarios and issue a No-Questions-Asked Replacement.
A Nespresso machine is robust enough to last several years provided you descale it every 300 pods. But it's an electronic appliance after all, so we came up with Caramelly Care+ plan to cover for any servicing and repairs required for 1 year in India.

What are the delivery charges for the machine?

What does 19 bar pressure mean?
All the Nespresso machines are equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump, which provides the power needed to pierce the film of the capsule and release the coffee's 900 or so different aromas. The shape of the Nespresso capsule has been specially designed to ensure that the pressurized water flows evenly through the ground coffee during extraction. The temperature and flow time are also set to ensure that each precious aroma is expressed.
How do I take care of my machine?
Descale your machine every 3 months or 300 pods.
How do I restore this machine to factory settings/reprogram this machine?
You may restore both buttons to factory settings by following these easy steps:
1. Open the machine head and allow the capsule to be ejected.
2. Close the head and leave the lever in the unlocked position.
3. Quickly push the button five times. This needs to be within three seconds.
4. If you were fast enough, the button will blink five times slowly to indicate that the reset was successful.
Is the machine 220v and compatible with Indian sockets?
Yes, all machines listed on Caramelly are 220v and compatible with Indian sockets just like any other electrical appliance bought from India.
Should I use a stabilizer as the voltage supply at my place fluctuates?
Yes, please use a Voltage Stabilizer to protect your Coffee Machine from unwanted electricity fluctuations.
Warranty is not applicable if there’s a damage to the PCB due to voltage fluctuations.
