Warranty Coverage for Milk Frothers


One Stop Support:

  • Priority access to Caramelly technical experts via chat or phone or video call

  • Onsite service: Schedule a technician to perform a repair at your home or office (currently in major cities*)

  • Mail-in repair: **Mail in your machine using a safe shipping box to our authorized service center (in case onsite service is unavailable in your region)

Coffee Machine Warranty Terms:

  • Warranty is valid for 1 Year from the date of purchase.
  • Caramelly Care+ can only be purchased with a new machine or max within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Machines bought via other sources other than Caramelly are not covered with Caramelly Care+

  • Never use accessories or parts from other manufacturers or that Nespresso does not specifically recommend. If you use such accessories or parts, your warranty becomes invalid.

  •  It is very important to regularly clean and maintain the machine as described in the user manual. If you do not perform these cleaning and maintenance procedures, your machine eventually may stop working. In this case repair is not covered by warranty.

  • Accidental damages to the machine would be chargeable.

  • Only have repairs carried out by a service center authorized by Caramelly.

  • * Onsite service is currently possible only in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai region. We are continuously training technicians in other cities as well. Meanwhile, please use mail-in repair option if you are based in other cities.

  • **Shipping to our authorized service center is buyer's responsibility. Caramelly would however take care of the shipping from the service center to your place. Please use ample amount of bubble wrap and a sturdy box to pack the machine when sending your machine for repair.
