We journey through the misty slopes of Chikmagalur, the spice-scented plantations of Coorg, and the emerging coffee regions of Araku Valley, hand-selecting only the most distinctive Arabica micro-lots.
Our Delhi roastery is where science meets soul - where temperature curves are meticulously tracked but intuition still leads the way. Each small batch carries the fingerprint of our head roaster's 15 years of experience, the terroir of its origin, and BROOT's signature bold character.
