From Mexico to India, Pallav's passion for coffee grew. After working as a barista and studying Indian specialty coffee, he created Tulum Coffee to showcase India's growing specialty coffee scene. India's coffee industry is growing with a focus on specialty Arabica beans, described as nutty, earthy, and spicy with a full body and mild acidity.

Sustainability: Brewing for a Better Future.

Tulum Coffee embraces sustainability and creativity, with founder Pallav Haria designing the brand’s packaging. Inspired by his travels, especially the indigenous people of the Amazon, his designs feature dots, lines, and curves, symbolizing natural elements like sand and waves. The color-centric packaging, with each color representing a different coffee farm, helps customers easily identify Tulum’s coffees.
