Warranty Coverage for Milk Machines

  • Mail-in repair: **Mail in your machine using a safe shipping box to our authorized service center (in case onsite service is unavailable in your region)

Coffee Machine Warranty Terms:

  • Warranty is valid for 1 Year from the date of purchase.

  • Caramelly Care+ can only be purchased with a new machine or max within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Machines bought via other sources other than Caramelly are not covered with Caramelly Care+

  • Only put Nespresso Compatible Coffee Capsules and do not use reusable pods or any other form of Coffee. Putting ground coffee, instant coffee, raw coffee beans or any other substance in the machine may cause damage to the machine and warranty will be invalid.

  • Descale your machine regularly (300 pods or 3 months). Some machines indicates when descaling is needed. Not doing this will make your appliance stop working properly. In this case repair is not covered by your warranty.

  • Never use accessories or parts from other manufacturers or that Nespresso does not specifically recommend. If you use such accessories or parts, your warranty becomes invalid.

  • Only put coffee capsules into the coffee compartment. Other substances and objects may cause severe damage to the machine. In this case, repair is not covered by your warranty.

  • The machine is exposed continuously to moisture, coffee and scale. Therefore it is very important to regularly clean and maintain the machine as described in the user manual. If you do not perform these cleaning and maintenance procedures, your machine eventually may stop working. In this case repair is not covered by warranty.

  • Accidental damages to the machine would be chargeable.

  • Only have repairs carried out by a service center authorized by Caramelly.

  • *Onsite service is currently possible only in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai region. We are continuously training technicians in other cities as well. Meanwhile, please use mail-in repair option if you are based in other cities.

  • **Shipping to our authorized service center is buyer's responsibility. Caramelly would however take care of the shipping from the service center to your place. Please use ample amount of bubble wrap and a sturdy box to pack the machine when sending your machine for repair.
